Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 6th day of August, 2012, at 9:00 A. M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA

A.  Opening Prayer

B. Reading and approval of Minutes
C. Recognition of Visitors
D. Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.   Richard Gist, Precinct #3 – Consideration and possible approval of temporary part time employee;

E.  Reports

F.  Consideration and Approval of bills

G. Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report

2    Bob Clark, Precinct #1 – Discussion and possible approval of changes to Precinct #1 road hand salaries;

3.   Kitty Cavanaugh, Child Welfare Board – Consideration and possible approval of replacement board member;

4.   Sheriff’s Office – Employee changes;

5.   Ray West – Consideration and possible approval to appoint Board of Trustee members for The Center for Life Resources Center (Shane Britton and David Alan Smith, M.D.);

6.   Don King – Consideration and possible approval of purchasing items to fix filing plat cabinets;

7.   Don King – Consideration and possible approval of partial closing of Barnett Street;

8.   Don King – Consideration and possible approval of changing Brown County boundaries;

9.   Suzy Young – Consideration and possible approval of election judges;
