Emergency responders were called to the report of an accident where a passenger car collided with a brick home on the corner of Monticello Drive and 14th Street Sunday morning.
The accident was reported around 10:30am after numerous neighbors called 911 after hearing the collision. The vehicle struck the house on the 14th Street side causing damage to the home and the vehicle.
No one was home at the time of the accident. The driver of the vehicle was being evaluated by emergency responders on scene.
No word on the cause of the accident as of Sunday morning.
The Brownwood Fire Department, Guardian EMS, and Brownwood Police Department responded to the scene.
