A beginner class using precious metal paste will be offered at the Brownwood Art Center on August 13-14 from 6-9pm. The Art Center is located at 215 Fisk in downtown Brownwood.
The Brownwood Art Association is hosting the class, which will be $50 plus the cost of a jar of paste (under $40). The jar will do multiple projects and those doing small projects may split a jar of paste. The paste is reusable and students will be able to take home any of the unused paste.
Organizers state that students can “paint” a leaf, twig or bug and have a beautiful silver piece of nature when the project is finished.
