The proceedings of the meeting will be as follows:

Item 1. Call the meeting to order.

 

Item 2. The Board will consider approval of the minutes of the Regular Called meeting held

on June 19, 2012.

 

Item 3. The Board will review the following financial reports for the month of June 2012:

A. Checklist

B. Income Statement

C. Loan and Incentive Summary

D. Sales Tax Revenue

 

Item 4. The Board will receive Director’s report:

A. Employment Statistics

B. Workforce Development

C. Brownwood Industrial Park

D. Strategic Plan

 

Item 5. The Board will convene into closed Executive Session in the Haynes Conference

Room pursuant to the provisions ofthe Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551 , Govt.

Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated in accordance with the authority contain

in the following sections:

Section 551.087- Deliberation regarding economic development negotiations:

A. The Board will consider an infrastructure project with a local

manufacturing company.

B. The Board will consider a job creation incentive with local

industrial company.

C. The Board will discuss a potential manufacturing plant to be

located in Brownwood.

 

Item 6. The Board will reconvene into Regular Session in the Haynes Conference Room to

take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
