A young girl was transported to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center after she was struck by a car in the parking lot of McDonald’s near the drive-thru, according to law enforcement officials.

According to those on scene, the girl was on a trip with a church group when she was struck by the vehicle.  The girl appears to have injuries but seems in good condition reported emergency responders who also stated that she was being transported by Guardian EMS to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.

No details of her injuries were available at the time of the accident.
