LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, June 7, 2012.

Wednesday, June 6

*8:41am-Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant regarding a burglary of a vehicle in the 1100 block of Baker Street.

*11:13am-Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding the burglary of a coin operated machine.  According to the report, a Dr. Pepper machine located at the Budget Inn and Suites was found to have been broken into sometime between 11:00pm on June 5th and 11:00am on June 6th.

*12:14pm-Brownwood Police spoke to a complainant by telephone regarding a case that was open in Comanche County regarding forgery.  According to the report, she wished to make a case of forgery in Brown County as well.

*5:23pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 3700 block of US Hwy 377S regarding found property.  According to the report, an employee at the Country Stop Store found a bike which had been left behind a dumpster within the hour before the report was made.  The bike is a red ZOOM motorized bike and has been placed into the Brownwood Police Department bicycle impound for safe keeping.

*6:04pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Cordell regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a known subject had damaged his vehicle by hitting it with a large tree branch.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 19-year-old Cristian Orta of Brady for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Thursday, June 7

*Brownwood Police arrested 29-year-old Scott Teamus Keith was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Conviction/Suspension/ without Financial Responsibility.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
