Trustees of the Early ISD board canvassed and certified election results Monday night unanimously, confirming newly elected Early ISD Trustees Dr. Tammi Cox, Shawn Russell and Robert Wade.  The three new members were administered the oath of office and then took their seats to begin taking care of the district’s business.

The first order of business was the organization of the board which was decided quickly by unanimous votes.  Mike Kingston was elected president, Ray Bertrand was chosen as vice president and Gary Bowen was re-elected as the board’s secretary.

Cox, Russell, and Wade each won their seats in the May 12th local elections.
