The Bereaved Parents Support Group will hold its annual Balloon Lift Off at Coggin Park on, Tuesday, May 15th at 7 P.M., on the comer of 1st Street and Parkway.

This is a yearly event that allows those grieving the chance to send love to heaven on a note inside a helium fined balloon. Everything is provided, except the personal note individuals want to send (the lighter the paper the better). This is a chance for entire families to gather and send their love to heaven.

Also, prior to the balloon lift off at 6 P.M. on the opposite side of park (picnic side of park), the group will meet for an informal finger food supper. Everyone is asked to bring enough for their family and one more. Paper products, water and desserts will be furnished.

“Just bring anything your family likes to eat and we will share together,” says organizer LaFreda Kilburn.
