Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, April 10, 2012.

Wednesday, April 4

*2:14pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Market Place Blvd. regarding employee theft which had occurred over the past few months.  According to the report, Home Depot suffered a loss of approximately $1468 in assets.  The employee has been identified and a warrant will be sought for the theft, the report states.

Thursday, April 5

*4:11pm-A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received a report of four loose black Angus cows in southwestern Brown County.  The original call was placed to Coleman County Sheriff’s Office and placed on a neighboring property; however, the owner of the property did not want the cattle to remain on her property.  The cattle were then taken to the BCSO livestock pens after unsuccessful attempt to locate an owner, the report states.  The deputy learned that another black cow had been hit and killed in an accident early the same morning, according to the report.

*5:01pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2200 block of Dartmore, where the officer spoke to the victim regarding credit card abuse.

Saturday, April 7

*11:03am-A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence in Bangs regarding theft.   According to the report, two window air conditioning units were stolen and a fireplace insert was removed from the residence but left on the ground in front of the shed.

*5:40pm-Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested David E. Tucknott for Criminal Trespass after he entered a residence without being invited or having permission.   According to the report, Tucknott has an active trespass warning for the residence which was issued on March 1, 2012 and was found to be sitting on the couch inside the residence.

*9:48pm-A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy to the area of Blarney and Ireland Drive regarding an attempted theft of a pop-up camper trailer.  According to the report, the actors’ attempt was unsuccessful due to the camper being chained to a large motor hoist.  During the incident, damage was caused to the trailer’s left rear portion and right front when it impacted a tree, the report states.  The trailer also had a tire which came off of the rim at that time according to the deputy’s report.  The complainant stated that a year ago, another attempt had been made to steal the trailer and just within the last three weeks the residence was burglarized.

Monday, April 9

*10:29am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  The complainant stated a white fiberglass cowling to a Model T vehicle was stolen, which was valued at approximately $200.00, the report states.

*1:21pm-Brownwood Police were called to the Brownwood Middle School, 1600 Calvert Road, regarding two runaway juveniles.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
