The fair will be held at the Brownwood Art Association Art building located at 215 Fisk Avenue in Brownwood on Saturday April 7, 2012 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The fair is open to all homeschool students in the Brown County area. Entry fee will be one canned food item and $2 per student, parents and children under the age of five years will not be charged. Canned food will be donated to the Brownwood Salvation Army ministry. Students will be allowed to submit up to three entries in as many categories as applicable. Any artwork completed during the 2011-2012 school year can be submitted.

Submissions and registration will be accepted on Friday, April 6th from 6 to 8 p.m. as well as the following Saturday morning from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Art Building on Fisk Avenue. Judging will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday before the fair begins.

Categories include drawings, paintings, photography, sculpture, mixed media artwork, edible art, and a special category for children ages two through five years featuring coloring pages.
