Grand Jury Indictments January 2012

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the January 2012 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 28 indictments were returned against 22 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Michael Anthony Constancio: Money Laundering

Luis Torres: Money Laundering

Sonia Ruth DeLeon: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Bernardo Reyna aka Bernard Reyna: Assault Family Violence – Enhanced Repeat/Habitual Offender and Driving While Intoxicated – Repeat/Habitual Offender

Timothy Scott Delisle: Criminal Mischief

Dainen Udell Sherrin: Criminal Mischief

Mary Helen Herrera: Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger

Damian Deshaun Jefferson: Burglary of a Habitation

Laura Hunt Duffer: Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger

Mohamed Sayed Abbas aka Shone Abbas: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Heather Lea Mackey: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Danny Ray Peel: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone – Repeat Offender

Lacy Diane Westerman: Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

Jerry Wayne Peel: Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone – Repeat/Habitual Offender

Tracie Gail Reed:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone – Repeat Offender

Taryn Danielle Apple: Possession of a Controlled Substance
