This might be the perfect time to adopt a new dog or cat from the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center.

Animal Service Manager Amy Abernathy announced that the center will have an inventory reduction event on Friday, January 13 and Saturday, January 14 from 1pm-5pm each day.

“We have many pets marked down for adoptions,” Abernathy said in the announcement.

Prices will be $75 or less for marked dogs and $45 or less for marked cats.
