District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the December 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 24 indictments were returned against 19 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Timothy Scott Thacker:  Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence/Repeat Offender

Michael Edward Cooper:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone

Leopoldo Jimenez, Jr.:  Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Johnny Dean Scaff, Jr.:  Possession of a Controlled Substance

David Bryan Shaw:   Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Jose Luis Estrada, Jr.:  Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

Myron Oscar Condon:  Violation of a Protective Order

Clarence V. Hickerson, Jr.:  Burglary of a Habitation

Raul Cadena:  Burglary of a Habitation Repeat Offender/Habitual Offender
