Law Enforcement Blotter 11/10

Law enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, November 10, 2011.

Thursday, November 9

*8:41am-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Booker Street (Texas State Technical College) regarding criminal mischief.  The complainant stated that one of the school vans had ketchup and tomato paste thrown across the entire vehicle.  The van had been parked in the school parking lot at Chandler and Melwood.  Cleanup of the van was estimated at $25. 

*10:05pm-A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Roselawn.  Investigation showed that a passenger in the vehicle, identified as Marlon Antonio Wesley, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Felony Theft of a Fire Arm/Failure to Appear from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.  Wesley was arrested and a glass marijuana pipe was found.  Both he and the 18-year-old female driver of the vehicle were issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

*2:36pm-Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center who stated that her grandson had taken her Xbox 360 without her permission.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
