Grand Jury Indictments October 2011

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the October 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 38 indictments were returned against 30 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Robert Lynn Hale: Driving While Intoxicated

Antonio Hernandez: Evading Arrest and two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle

Christopher Lee Cantu: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and two counts of Deadly Conduct

Christy Allen McDonald: Money Laundering Over $1500 Under $20,000

 

Jerimy Glen Patterson: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender – Failure to Comply with Other Requirement

Deshawn Johnson: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Leslie Don Drew: Failure to Register as Sex Offender – Failure to Comply with Other Requirement

Haustin Simmons: Theft over $1500 Under $20,000 – Against Elderly Individual

Timothy Glenn Bell: Theft over $1500 Under $20,000 – Against Elderly Individual

Billy Shy Drew: Theft over $1500 Under $20,000 – Against Elderly Individual

Roy Maldonado, Jr.: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Jason Scott Coffey: Assault Family Violence – Occlusion

Jose Ochoa Pesina: Three counts of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger

Robert Rios: Assault Family Violence – Enhanced

Melissa M. Franklin: Three counts Fraud
