TrickorTreat2The May Community Center, May, Texas, will host their 7th Annual Fall Fun Fest on Sat. Oct. 29, 2011 from 5p.m. until 8 p.m. The Fall Fun Fest is a fundraiser benefiting the May Community Center.

There will be fun for all ages plus prizes for every participant.  Some of the activities that are planned are “goldfish” ping-pong ball toss, fishing pond, basketball toss, ring toss, a cookie walk, a cake walk, Bingo, and more.

A favorite is the food concessions which has a variety of delicious home cooked foods available–so come on out for supper. There will be chopped brisket on a bun, hot dogs, chili dogs, bowls of stew, beans, or chili each with cornbread or crackers, Frito pie, and nachos; also, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and a variety of cold drinks.

There will be raffles and each donation gets  a chance to win a beautiful, antique, hand quilted, regular size, quilt.  The quilt drawing will be held Monday, November 14th at the May Community Pot Luck Supper. You do not have to be present to win.

Everyone, young and old, is welcome to come dressed in a funny costume (please, no scary costumes) and have an evening of fun, food, and fellowship at the May Community Center on Saturday, October 29th from 5:00-8:00pm.

Donations of cookies, cakes, pies, or bags of candy, can be brought to the May Community Center anytime Saturday.
