District Attorney Micheal Murray reports several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Marco Antonio Castillo, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Frank Ray Teague, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5  years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kevin Ray Allen, on probation for the felony offense of Intoxication Assault, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Bobby Lynn Hale, on probation for the felony offense of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division.

Glen West Wilson pled guilty to the felony offense of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, institutional Division.
