advanceticketsalesThe 17th annual Brownwood Business Showcase was held Thursday and showcased about 70 local and area businesses, but Brownwood Reunion Celebration was the talk of the show as they offered a special discount on tickets.

According to Brownwood Reunion Celebration director Kim Peterson, over 1200 tickets were sold at the show while they offered a special one-time discount price.

“We were busy all day selling tickets,” said Peterson. “It was a great show.”

Reunion organizers offered three-day concert passes for a special price of $10 at the showcase for their event coming September 16-18 that features Eddie Money, Easton Corbin, Group 1 Crew, and many others.

Those still wanting a three-day pass for the concerts and missed this special one-time deal can still purchase them for the regular advance price of $15.  Passes are available at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, KOXE, Wendlee Broadcasting, Brownwood Music,  the Early Chamber of Commerce or online at CelebrateBrownwood.com.  Passes at the gate on concert day will be $20.

The Brownwood Reunion Celebration will take place September 16-18 in Downtown Brownwood.   The main stage concerts this year include:

Friday, September 16 – Eddie Money; Zach Edwards opening – Sponsored by Kohler & Wendlee Broadcasting

Saturday, September 17 – Easton Corbin; Jason Wyatt opening – Sponsored by Kohler & KOXE

Sunday, September 18 – Group 1 Crew; Jason Agnew opening – Sponsored by Howard Payne University.
