Cary Perrin of Keep Brownwood Beautiful praised the City of Brownwood sanitation/landfill department and presented them with an award from Keep Texas beautiful. 

The award was presented Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at the Brownwood city council meeting. 

Perrin, along with other Keep Brownwood Beautiful volunteers, works closely with the sanitation/landfill department with projects such as the city recycling/clean up events and the recent Lake Brownwood cleanup.
