It is the 400 year anniversary of the King James Bible and Indian Gap Baptist  Church will host a free King James Bible Conference in two locations and the public is invited the free seminar.

The two sessions and locations are as follows:

*August 19th-21st at Indian Gap Baptist Church, in Indian Gap, Texas.  The conference begins nightly at 7pm, and regular Sunday services start at 10:00am.  Indian Gap is located 20 miles west of Hamilton.  Click here for a map of this location.  http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Indian%20Gap&state=TX

*1:00pm August 20th in Brownwood at the Budget Inn & Suites across from Humphrey Pete’s Restaurant.

Dr. Carl W. Deems of Burning Bright Ministries in Pensacola, Florida will be guest speaker and conduct the seminar.  He is well educated and informed on the differences between the various versions of the Bible along with what is missing and changed.

Deems has presented seminars all over the world and has been involved in the ministry as a preacher, teacher, missionary, jail evangelist, Bible Institute teacher, and street evangelist for over 35 years.  He is the founder and director of Burning Bright Ministries. http://burningbrightministries.com

Dr. Deems was a career Air Force officer (retiring as a Lt. Colonel) with 25 years of service.  He flew as a crewmember (called a Weapons Systems Officer) and instructor in the F-4 and the F-111 fighters.  He also had assignments in space operations, air operations planning, and simulator development and certification.  During his military career, he traveled extensively throughout most of the United States.
