All seventh and eighth grade Brownwood Middle School students, new and returning, may pick up class schedules at the middle school cafeteria on Friday, August 19.  This will be held in conjunction with equipment distribution for football and volleyball players.

The schedule for this distribution will be as follows:

• 1:00-2:30 p.m. – Eighth graders pick up schedules and athletic equipment
• 2:30-4:00 p.m. – Seventh graders pick up schedules and athletic equipment

A brief meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. for all library and office workers and their parents in the library.

The first day of classes will be Monday, Aug. 22. All students will first meet in Lehrer Gym for a welcome and brief orientation. The first bell rings at 8:09 a.m.  Classes start at 8:10 a.m. each day.

Registration for new students at Brownwood Middle School was held Wednesday, August 10.  Students who last year attended the sixth grade at Brownwood Intermediate School or the seventh grade at Brownwood Middle School do not need to register because they were registered last spring.
