Grand Jury Indictments July 2011

District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the July, 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, One Hundred Seven (107) Indictments were returned against Eighty (80) persons.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

  • Monica Rene Sanford: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone; and Prohibited Weapons – Weapon-Free School Zone.
  • Maribel Mascorro: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone; and Prohibited Weapons – Weapon-Free School Zone.
  • Manuel Gomez III: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone; and Prohibited Weapons – Weapon-Free School Zone.
  • Roy Lee Ortega: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone/Repeat Offender; and Prohibited Weapons – Weapon-Free School Zone.
  • Tracy Lynn Sutton: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.
  • Jamie Leeann Bigbie: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.
  • James Victor Carr: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone; and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone.
  • Terri Lisa Wyatt: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone; and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone.
  • Bertha Kelley Dunn: Two Counts of Delivery of a Dangerous Drug.
  • James Clement Dunn: Two Counts of Delivery of a Dangerous Drug.
  • Manuel Edward Mantos: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
  • Mario Humberto Delarosa: Two Counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Children.
  • Jeremy Wayne Essary: Violation of Civil Rights of a Person in Custody; Improper Sexual Activity with Person in Custody.
  • Gerald David Dillard: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon; and Two Counts of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.
  • Kevin Loy Wiedebusch: Driving While Intoxicated.
  • Raymond Reedy: Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone; and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone.
