Jim and Leslie Keffer, his wife of 35 years, reside in Eastland, and are the proud parents of three sons who graduated from Eastland public schools. Representative Keffer is a graduate of Texas Tech University, and is President of a family owned and operated iron foundry business with plants in Eastland and Albany. House District 60 encompasses Brown, Eastland, Hood, Palo Pinto, Shackelford and Stephens counties.
