KTAB On The Road is all about celebrating what’s special and unique about towns throughout the Big Country.

This year, the celebration will get a little sweeter for the Brown County town of Early thanks to Blue Bell!

KTAB News and Blue Bell hosted a “Town Spirit Contest” to see which KTAB On The Road stop could earn the most RSVPs on Facebook. Over a 48 hours period, all the stops collected more than 100 RSVPs. However, Early emerged as the clear winner with more than 200.

The victory means in addition to free hot dogs, chips, and drinks that will be available at each stop, everyone who attends the Early event will be able to enjoy a Texas favorite free of charge: Blue Bell ice cream!
