Grand Jury Indictments for May 2011

District Attorney Micheal Murray reported during the month of May, 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, Twenty-One (21) indictments were returned against Twenty-One (21) persons.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Below is a list of the indictments released from the May Grand Jury session.

  • Kerissa Kay Bell: Possession of Marijuana
  • Cameron Allen Botts: Possession of Marijuana
  • John Michael Salazar: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Augusts Myers: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
  • Tommy Lynn McKaughan: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Diana Sears Pattterson: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Virgil Lee Sinclair: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
  • Frederick Aaron Axt: Two Counts Abandoning Child
  • Sara Jo Newton: Theft Over $1,500 Under $20,000
  • Michael Scott Rogers AKA Michael Scott Garms: Assault Family Violence-Enhanced Repeat Offender
  • Bryan Thomas Calvert: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Amanda Lynn Whorton: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Kevin David Bond: Manufacture of Controlled Substance Repeat Offender
