Grand Jury Indictments for April 2011

District Attorney Micheal Murray reported during the month of April, 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, Fifty-One (51) indictments were returned against Forty Seven (47) persons.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Below is a list of the indictments released from the April Grand Jury session.

  • David McCombs: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Edward Rodriguez: Driving While Intoxicated-Repeat Offender
  • Andrew Michael McGinnis: Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Repeat Offender
  • Robin Brady: Three Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • Tonya Denise Walters: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Anita Marie Valdez: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Carl Lee Tomlinson: Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone; Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone.
  • Wayne Roy Tomlinson, Jr.: Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone
  • Victor Manuel Garza: Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone; Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
  • Darelle O’Bryan Guillory: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone
  • Augustus Myers: Evading Arrest; Criminal Mischief
  • Phillip Joseph Amurri: Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone
  • Robert Fred Pitts: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
  • Augustus Myers: Harassment by Persons Certain Correctional Facilities
  • William Preston Russell: Criminal Attempt-Assault Against Public Servant
  • Stephen Glenn Newberry: Retaliation
  • Charles Henry Hull: Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle; Two Counts Criminal Mischief; Burglary of a Building State Jail Felony Enhancement.
  • Jason Dee Lewis: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Jacqueline Marie Sessions: Two Counts Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence/Repeat Offender
  • Benjamin Kirchner: Theft Over $1,500 Under $20,000
  • Ken Lee Williamson: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Jimmy Doyle Allison: Driving While Intoxicated-Repeat Offender
  • Kyle Ray Couch: Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger
  • Curtis Eugene Taylor: Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon
  • William Jackson Gilmore: Burglary of a Building
  • Gavin Tab Jackson: Burglary of a Building
  • David Quinn Ynostrosa, Jr.: Evading Arrest
  • Tony Dale Benson: Possession of a Controlled Substance State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Jerry Joe Kittley: Evading Arrest
  • Leslee Jo Reid: Theft Over $1,500 Under $20,000
  • David Naranjo Miranda: Two Counts Retaliation-Repeat Offender
