The Brownwood High School Jazz Ensemble earned a Superior Rating at the Tarleton Jazz Festival held March 24th and 25th.  The festival was held inon the campus of Tarleton State University in  Stephenville.

Also earning the Outstanding Musician Award were Chris Burnett – Trumpet/Flugelhorn, Cruz Alonzo – Trombone, Jamison Greenhaw – Tenor Sax, and Natalie Mayo – Drums.
