VFW Post 3278 and Ladies Auxiliary will be holding a Brisket Fundraiser to benefit the JROTC selling Brisket on Friday March 25, 2011.  The brisket by the plate or by the pound will be available from 10:30am – 1:00 pm for pick-up or delivery. 

Come dine in or carry out at VFW Post, 2300 Stephen F. Austin in Brownwood.  Brisket plates will come with beans, coleslaw, bread, onions and pickles for $8/plate.  Brisket by the pound is also $8/lb. 

Delivery will be available in the Brownwood and Early areas on March 25th beginning at 10:30am.  For delivery of meals or to order your pre-cooked brisket please call 325-641-0155 or 325-646-8113. 

Advance orders for whole briskets can be placed on the 23rd or the 24th between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.  Brisket average pre-cooked weight is 10-12 lbs.
