Funeral Services for Ester Phifer, age 94 of Shreveport, Lousiana will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday February 22, 2011 at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Bangs Cemetery under the direction of Davis Morris Funeral Home.  Mrs. Phifer passed away Saturday February 19, 2011 in Shreveport.
