District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released indictments from the January 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury. Murray said that 51 indictments were returned against 47 individuals in January.
The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office. Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

- Rollie Galvan Lopez: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Colby Coleman Pruett: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat Offender/Habitual Offender
- Victoria Jean Mayes: Delivery of Dangerous Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone
- Michael Wayne Johnson: Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, State Jail Felony Enhancement
- April Lachelle Lamb: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
- Daryl Glenn Reed: Two Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone Repeat Offender and Abandoning or Endangering a Child
