Grand Jury Indictments for January 2011

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released indictments from the January 2011 session of the Brown County Grand Jury.   Murray said that 51 indictments were returned against 47 individuals in January.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Below is a list of the indictments released from the January Grand Jury session.

  • Tresta Donahoo: Sexual Assault of a Child
  • Colten Glen Tibbitts: Arson
  • Albert Manuel Zepeda: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Rex Aaron Bennett: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat Offender
  • Jimmy Dale Carter: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Darwin Kelly Scott: Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Arnulfo Hernandez: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat Offender
  • Rollie Galvan Lopez: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Colby Coleman Pruett: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat Offender/Habitual Offender
  • Victoria Jean Mayes: Delivery of Dangerous Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone
  • Michael Wayne Johnson: Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • April Lachelle Lamb: Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
  • Daryl Glenn Reed: Two Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone Repeat Offender and Abandoning or Endangering a Child
  • Tanya Jean Miller: Two Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug free Zone Repeat Offender and Abandoning or Endangering a Child State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Phillip David Bacon: Fail to Comply with Registration Requirements as a Sex offender
  • Hector Gonzales: Evading Arrest
  • Ronald Wayne Harris: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Jackie Lee Byrd: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Timothy Charles Seider: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Jerry Joe Kittley: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Shauna Lynn Anderson: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Curtis Wayne Harrison: Injury to Elderly
  • Manuel Gamboa, Jr.: Three Counts Forgery
  • Luis Alfredo Hernandez: Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Eleazar Hernandez: Count I:  Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony Enhancement and Count II:  Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone
