All parents of 7th grade students at Brownwood Middle School need to attend a laptop rollout meeting to receive information about the laptops being issued to students at BMS later this month.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 4th at 6:00PM in Lehrer Gym at the Middle School.  Parents will receive a user handbook and will be able to ask questions.

The computer user fee for BMS students this year will be a flat fee of $30 which is less expensive that the other grades since the computers are being issued later in the school year.

Due to increased enrollment and more grant money coming in, the district has expanded their 1:1 initiative and brought more laptops into the schools for student and teacher use.
