Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, December 23, 2010.

Sunday, December 19

*Brownwood Police responded to the 2100 block of Avenue E regarding a case of harassment.  A criminal trespass warning was issued to a subject who was made to leave the property.

Wednesday, December 22

*7:00am-Brownwood Police located two individuals at a residence in the 2700 block of 1st Street.  At the request of the resident, two criminal trespass warnings were issued to the two individuals.

*2:49pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  An officer met with the complainant who advised some unknown person had stolen an ice chest/cooler from the back of his pick-up.

*8:35pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the emergency room of BRMC regarding a gunshot victim.  According to police reports, the victim was shooting at chickens with a single latch .22 caliber revolver which was loaded with rat shot.  After tripping over compressor hoses, he fell which resulted in the man shooting himself in the right leg, just above the knee the report states.  The man drove himself to BRMC from Eastland county because, “He liked this hospital”, police officials reported.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
