Ward3Graveside services for Lois Fish Ward will be held Saturday December 18, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Rocky Creek Cemetery with the Reverend Rick Justice officiating, interment will be in the Rocky Creek Cemetery.

Mrs. Ward passed away Thursday December 16, 2010 at Oakridge Manor in Brownwood. She was born August 20, 1919 in Archer City, Texas to Daniel and Eloiza Jennings Fish. On January 23, 1942 Lois married Hogan Ward in Kermit, Texas, she has lived in Brown County for the past twenty eight years. Mrs. Ward was a member of the Rocky Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son Dan Ward of Odessa, Texas and one daughter Kay and husband Ed Talley of Brownwood, Texas. Mrs. Ward is also survived by three grandchildren Larry Ward, Kyle Talley and Scott Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter Vera Ward Wilson and a granddaughter Whitney Kay Talley. The family request memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
