A tour of educational proportions to “start the conversation” about what the State of Texas needs to do about road building and maintenance funding was brought to Brownwood Tuesday afternoon.  Lawrence Olsen, Executive Vice-President of Texas Good Roads/Transportation Assoc. led the tour and brought with him Representative Drew Darby of District 72, San Angelo, to discuss the current situation of the Texas highways and the budget that supports them.
