Howard Payne University President Dr. Bill Ellis and University Nurse Jamie Skaggs presented a check in the amount of $2,640.78 to representatives from the Brownwood Regional Medical Center’s James B. N. Walker Cancer Center.

The money was raised through the Fifth Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk-a-Thon at HPU. The check presentation was made on the steps of HPU’s Packer Administration building on Thursday, November 11.
