Monday, November 1st, Todd Griffin visited students at Northwest Elementary with his mobile dairy classroom.

Mr. Griffin works with the Southwest Dairy Farmers from Sulphur Springs, Texas.  He travels to schools to teach students the importance of milk for nutrition, where milk comes from, and how a cow is milked.
