Dorothy Willson Reynolds, age 80, of Brownwood , passed away October 27, 2010 at Songbird Lodge. A memorial service will be held on Sunday October 31, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Ryan Smithy officiating. Interment will be private at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Saturday October 30 at Blaylock Funeral Home.
Dorothy was born April 6, 1930 in Geddes , South Dakota to John and Edith Tuttle. She was a member of 4th and Stewart Church of Christ. She loved her grandchildren and her dogs. Dorothy worked at the State School for many years. She loved baseball and traveling; especially to Alaska . She loved the outdoors and working in her yard and won Yard of the Month numerous times.
She is survived by her sons Phil Willson and wife Pam of Clyde, Roger Willson and wife Pam of Brookesmith and Paul Willson and wife Sharon of Brownwood; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and her brother John Tuttle and wife Mary Ellen of Arizona she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Gene Reynolds; nine brothers and two sisters.
Memorial contributions can be made to 4th and Stewart Church of Christ or a charity of your choice.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Redstone Park and Songbird Lodge for the care given to Mrs. Reynolds. Also a very special thank you to Barbara and Gene Bannister for their extra care and support.
