Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Thursday, October 21

*9:57am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Avenue G regarding a burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her apartment was broken into and a television was stolen.

Monday, October 25

*3:59pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 3800 block of S US Hwy 377, MidTex Credit Union, regarding a burglary of a vehicle.  The complainant reported that his vehicle had been broken into and a black South Pole t-shirt, valued at $18, was stolen.

Tuesday, October 26

*Bangs Police arrested 20-year-old Christopher Robert Delisle, of Bangs, for Assault Family Violence

Wednesday, October 27

*8:11pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Commerce regarding a possible theft of water.  According to the report, an officer spoke with a City of Brownwood Water supervisor to investigate the incident.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 38-year-old Terry Lightfoot for Driving While Intoxicated/Open Container.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
