bloodmobileBrownwood Police are sponsoring a blood drive on Monday, November 1st from 11:00am-3:00pm.  The Bloodmobile will be in front of the Law Enforcement Center during this time.  To schedule an appointment, please call Fern Snow at 325-646-2525 ext. 2212 or click here for online appointments.  (Please bring your photo ID and donor card if you have previously donated.  Free cholesterol testing with every donation!)

Looking for a way to help others?  There are several blood drives in Brownwood during November and you can be a hero!   There is always a need for blood and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community.  Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.

Other blood drives scheduled for the area are:

  • November 5: 10:00am-2:15pm, Howard Payne University Gym, 1000 Fisk, Brownwood
  • November 6: 9:30am-2:30pm, Brownwood High School Conference Room, 2707 4th Street in Brownwood
  • November 9: 10:00am-1:30pm, Brownwood Regional Medical Center, 1501 Burnett Drive, Brownwood, Classrooms 1 & 2
  • November 15: 2:00-5:15pm, Wal-Mart, Bloodmobile, 401 W. Commerce, Brownwood
