Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, September 28, 2010

Monday, September 27

*7:46am – Brownwood Police responded to a report of a burglary of a building at the Section Hand Restaurant in the 4400 block of Highway 377.  Police are currently investigating.

*8:03am – Brownwood Police responded to the 900 block of Sharp Street regarding some stolen wire from a vehicle and business.  A suspect(s) stole approximately $772 worth of copper and aluminum wire.  Police are investigating.

*11:54pm – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Avenue E regarding a prowler.  The victim reported that a male subject had been knocking on a window.  Police made contact with the subject and a criminal trespass warning was issued.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
