Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, September 2, 2010.

Wednesday, September 1

*Brownwood Police arrested 17-year-old Jesse James Hansen for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence.

Thursday, September 2

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 20-year-old Alejandro Rodriguez Diaz for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 18-year-old David Lee Fuentes for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

*2:06am – Brownwood Police were called to the 4200 block of US Hwy 377 regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant told police that her husband had assaulted her and her mother before fleeing the scene.  There were no arrests at the time of the report.

*Brownwood Police reported a follow up on a crime committed on July 27th which involved the theft of scrap metal from a local business in the 1400 block of Belle Plain.  According to the report, the complainant was able to identify some of the metal that had been turned in at a local scrap yard.  Suspect information was obtained from the scrap yard and evidence was gathered.  At the time of the report, no arrest had been made.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
