The Pre-College department at Howard Payne University is announcing upcoming fall classes in music, Kindermusik and art. Classes and lessons are available for children to adults and will begin on Monday, August 30. The registration deadline for the fall semester is Wednesday, August 25.

“We are quite proud of our Pre-College program and anticipate the highest enrollment we have had,” said Dr. Robert Tucker, dean of the School of Music, Fine Arts and Extended Education. “A new addition of art classes promises to add another special dimension to our program. It is great to see the development of young students in music and in the arts. Research continues to laud the value of music and art training in developing the whole person and in helping students be successful.”
