Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, July 13, 2010.

Monday July 12

*At 12:13, Brownwood Police responded to the 2300 block of Temple in reference to a missing or stolen license plate.  The plate was entered into the computer system as stolen/missing.

*At 2:43pm, Brownwood Police received a report of child abuse from a subject that came to the Law Enforcement Center.  A report was made and information was forwarded to Child Protective Services (CPS) for further investigation.

*Approximately 7:50pm, Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce in reference to a stolen vehicle being located.  As a result of the call, the suspect, 41-year-old Jose Ruben Rosas-Rojas, was arrested for warrants involving unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and the vehicle returned to the owner.

*At 9:41pm, Brownwood Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Fisk.  The disturbance was between a married couple.  The husband, identified as 49-year-old Freddie Delvin Thomas was arrested for Public Intoxication and on a parole warrant.

Tuesday, July 13

*Brownwood Police arrested 35-year-old Joseph Benjamin Waters for Public Intoxication.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
