Grand Jury Indictments for June 2010

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released the Grand Jury indictments from its June 2010 session.  70 indictments were returned against 60 individuals.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s office also does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest.

Below is the list of individuals with indictments from the Grand Jury’s June session.

Roger Lynn Camp – Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Erika Ann Broaddrick – Endangering a Child and Driving While Intoxicated.

Lily Katelin Maxwell – Possession of a Controlled Substance.

David Marcus Miranda – Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Codie James Ledlow – Possession of Marihuana.

Alisa Danyelle Morton – Burglary of a Building and Burglary of a Habitation.

David DeJesus Cardoza – Unlawful Restraint of a Child.

Bryan Jay Rodriguez – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone.

William Ray Carroll – Assault Family Violence – Occlusion

Jon Alan Brooks – Theft – Enhanced.

Lanette Chrane Harlow – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Summer Lee Spivey – Burglary of a Building.

Terry Lavon Evers – Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Michael James Slaughter – 2 Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.  State Jail Felony Enhancement.

Michael Ward Shaw – Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Thomas Brandon Shifflett – Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Charles Lee Brown – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone.

Kathalina Rachell Blanco – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.

Efrain Castillo III – 3 Counts Burglary of a Building.

Julia Banda – Theft Over $1500 Under $20,000 – Aggregated.

Desi Ramon Lujan – Evading Arrest.

Kelly Cole Athans – Criminal Mischief – Aggregated.

Landon Heath Jones – Continuous Violence Against the Family.

Chase Tyler Worsham – Assault Family Violence – Occlusion.

Joseph Randell Wall – Endangering a Child.

Reynaldo Salazar – Theft Over $1500 Under $20,000.

Samuel Lynn Lockhart – Evading Arrest – Enhanced and 2 Counts of Burglary of a Building.

Jerry Douglas Allen – 3 Counts of Burglary of a Building.

Michael Dean Hathcock – 5 Counts Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.

Joseph Western Holt – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver- State Jail Felony Enhancement and Delivery of a Controlled Substance – State Jail Felony.

Jennifer Renee Jackson Hathcock – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Jeri Lynn Smith – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone/Repeat Offender.

Theron Dale Hutchens – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone.

Richard Joe Zamora – Possession of Marihuana- Drug Free Zone.

Carlos Liendo – Possession of Marihuana- Drug Free Zone.

Jerry Ruben Ramirez – Possession of Marihuana- Drug Free Zone.

Roberto Sanchez – Possession of Marihuana- Drug Free Zone.
