2010 marks the 28th annual Texas Cushman Club State Meet and they have chosen Brownwood Texas for their meet this year. They look forward to showing off their scooters and riding in the area.
The Cushman Club will be holding their event at the Brownwood Coliseum at 500 E. Baker Street June 23-26. The club encourages local residents to come out and see all of the unique scooters that will be on display during the event.
The Texas Cushman Club Inc. is a club devoted to the restoration and preservation of Cushman antique motor Scooters, which were manufactured in the United States in Lincoln Nebraska from 1936 through 1965.
The schedule of events includes an early bird dinner for club members on Wednesday June 23; rides, registration, and games on Thursday and Friday June 24 & 25; and their business meeting and banquet on Saturday, June 26th.
