As a culmination to National Nursing Home Week, CARE Nursing Center held their 3rd Annual Parade and hamburger luncheon on Friday May 14th.
Grand Marshal John Baldwin led off the parade and it was a great success with many different participants. The parade concluded a busy week at CARE who along with member nursing homes celebrated National Nursing Home Week.
Other events during the week included: Mayor’s Bob Mangrum and Bert Massey starting the week off with Proclamations, Guardian EMS hosting a hamburger cookout for CARE residents and staff, a 1950’s theme with CARE soda shop and 50’s trivia, and many other exciting events. A great time was had by all who attended.
