PrickettSandraFuneral service for Sandra Prickett, age 68, of Lake Brownwood, will be at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 5, 2010 Rocky Creek Baptist Church with Rick Justice officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rocky Creek Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Morris Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday evening.

Sandra died Sunday, May 2, 2010 in Brownwood.

She was born on June 1, 1941 in Longview to Creig and Ernestine Henderson Bittick.  She married Samuel Wesley Prickett on January 9, 1959.  They moved to Brownwood in 1973 and owned and operated Brownwood Radiator Service.  Sandra was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church and Lakeview Baptist Church.

Sandra is survived by a daughter, Tamie Sue Tongate of Brownwood, three sons, Tim Prickett and wife Dianne of Brownwood, Scott Prickett of Brownwood, and Rodney Prickett of Austin, a sister, Dixie Lee McCollaum of Ft Meyers, Florida; ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Samuel Wesley Prickett on January 27, 1993.

The family suggests memorials be made to Salvation Army Loaves & Fishes, 405 Lakeway, Brownwood, TX 76801.
