LatchKeykidsThe Pearl Griffin Memorial Latch Key Program is hosting a hamburger supper Tuesday, April 20th from 5pm-7pm in the Fellowship Hall at the First Christian Church located at 2411 Coggin Ave.  Price is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children and includes chips, drink and choice of hotdog or hamburger. There will also be a bake sale available offering sweets. To-go boxes will be  available.

Latch Key is an afterschool program for low income families in Brownwood ISD with children 4 years old through 6th grade.  They provide snacks for the children and then help them with homework and offer arts/crafts activities or outdoor games.

Funding for Latch Key comes from grants, The United Way, private donations, annual hamburger supper benefit, and their “100 from 100 letters” fundraiser. Many vendors from the area help provide supplies for the supper.

For more information about the program or the fundraiser call 325-646-2138.
