In conjunction with the banquet, The Gordon Wood Hall of Champions will host a 5K Fun Run and 1.5 mile walk.  This event will be held 8:00am Saturday, May 1, 2010.  The race will start at the Depot in Brownwood.

Tickets for the banquet are $25.00 or a table of eight for $200.  Contact Shirley West at [email protected] or 325-646-8063 to purchase tickets.

The Fun Run will be $20.00 per person for preregistration.  Tickets and entry forms are available at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, KOXE radio station and Wendlee Broadcasting radio stations or from any Board Member. Also, don’t forget to visit the The Gordon Wood Hall of Champions Museum located on the second floor of the Harvey House Building of the historic Brownwood Depot, 600 E. Depot Street.  Museum Tour hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Admission to the Museum is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.
